How long does it take you to build a new Custom Made Website?
We typically need three to four weeks to work on your site. If we require longer we will just complete the work until it is done. We will start on a Monday and finish on a Friday. We work with one client at a time so we can focus all our attention on you.
How do we start working with you?
We start by talking with you and understanding your needs. Once we have figured it out, we will send you a Welcome Package for you to review and book our services.
What do we have to submit to you ?
We will need from you excellent quality images and your text content. If you do not have professional quality images we can help you with our Photography Services. We will work together to make your text content the most appealing to convey your message. Once we receive all the materials from you we can start your website.
Is there a Deposit to start working with you?
Yes, after you review our Welcome Package and in order to book us, we require a First Deposit of 50% from the total fee. We will start once we receive the First deposit. Once the website is finished, and you have approved it, you will pay the remaining 50% fee before we launch your site.
What if I need more work after the Website is launched?
Once we launch your website you can continue updating it yourself . We will allocate time to teach you how to before we launch your site. If you prefer we do it for you, you can book us on a monthly basis for maintenance and updates. We typically charge per week or per month depending on your needs. Our fee is standard within industry practices and we can establish an easy Maintenance Plan designed just for you.
What is a Welcome Package?
A Welcome Package stipulates all we will do for you, the type of website we will build and our fee. Upon reviewing our Package you can book us so we can choose the starting day and start building your site.
